Slimming World Chocolate Cake

100g All bran cereal6fl oz boiling water2 medium eggs2 tbs drinking chocolate or cocoa powder24 tsp splenda
Pour boiling water over the all bran in a large bowl and let it soak through. Mix thoroughly.
Add eggs, cocoa powder and sweetener and beat the mixture until it's all combined.
Pour into a plastic bowl and smooth the top with a knife or spoon.
Microwave (yes, that's right) on high for 6 minutes.
Turn the cake unto a plate, cut into 6 slices and enjoy.
I sometimes add raisins to this recipe. Remember to factor in the extra calories. You could also serve it cold with low-fat plain yogurt.

Oh my goodness!! This one gets top rating from me. I just made it this morning, and this afternoon it not only stopped an unhealthy binge, but also filled a gap. Cant beat this for the calorie count.
