Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 Can of Chicken in Water5 T Mayo1 Celery Stalk
Directions
Drain canned chicken and place contents in bowl. Take a fork to break up chicken chunks to desired consistancy. Dice celery stalk and add to bowl with chicken. Add mayo to chicken and celery. Mix well. Enjoy in a sandwich or on a cracker. I like to put them on sliced up radishes for a healthier alternative :)

** I made this with regular mayo because I'm on vacation right now but I will edit this to low fat once I get back home so it will be much healthier :)**

Makes 5 2oz servings (2ozs = 1/4 cup)
