1/4 Cup Plain Bread Crumbs (Dry)9 tsp Beaver Brand Sweet Honey Mustard18 oz Pork Shoulder Steaks
Preheat oven to 400*. Rinse meat and let air dry for a few minutes. Coat meat on both sides with a third of the mustard. Dredge in bread crumbs on both sides. Lightly shake off excess bread crumbs. Place on foil covered baking sheet. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 until fluids in pork run clear. Makes 6 3oz servings.
