2 Cups Old Fashioned Oats1/4 Cup Honey1/4 Cup Brown Sugar1 Cup Raisins1 Apple (diced)3 Cups Nonfat Milk2 Cups WaterCinnamon and Nutmeg to TastePinch of Salt
Spray crockpot with non-stick spray. Combine ingredients listed along with a pinch of salt and cinnamon and nutmeg to taste. Set crockpot to lowest temperature. Check after four hours. It will thicken with longer cooking time but hotter running crockpots may burn it after 4 hours. Makes approximately 6 one cup servings.
