Green lentil dhal

Ingredients
300g green lentils2 garlic cloves (WHOLE)450ml vegetable stock2 cups baby spinach (can be less or more depending on your taste)1tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
Serves 2.

1)Put lentils into a pan with two WHOLE peeled garlic cloves and cover with stock
2)Boil, then reduce heat and allow to simmer for 30 mins
3)Add spinach and stir till wilted.
4)Remove from heat, stir in vinegar and season.
