Spicy Black Bean Patty

Ingredients
1 - 15oz can of black beans, well drained1/2 onion, diced1/2 red or yellow bell pepper, diced1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1 Ener-G egg replacer (I just use one egg)1 cup bread crumbsoil for frying (optional)
Directions
Mash the beans in a large bowl and add remaining ingredients, mixing until well combined.

Form into patties and lightly fry in oil or grill over a medium heat.

    I put the beans in food processor and pulsed till mixed. I cooked for approx.5 min on each side.
    I also used 1/4 cup to form about 3 inch patty. Really good and filling. - 6/24/20
