Salmon Croquettes

Ingredients
1 can pink salmon1 egg1/3 cup crushed corn flakes3/4 cup cooked, mashed, brown rice1/2 tsp sea salt 2 tblsp parmesan cheesedash of onion and garlic powders
Directions
Mix all together and let sit for a minute while you heat up a cast iron skillet. Fry in some olive oil or butter.
