Tempeh goulash

Ingredients
3 T olive oil1 lb. tempeh, sliced into 1/2 inch strips1 small yellow onion1.5 cups sauerkraut, drained14.5 oz can diced tomatoes1 T sweet paprika1/2 cup white wine1 t caraway seeds2 T tomato paste1.5 cups vegetable stock, tomato juice, or a combination
Directions
Brown tempeh strips and onion. Add to crockpot with the rest of the ingredients. Cook on low for 6 hours.

Garnish with sour cream if desired (not included in nutritional calculations).
