German Coleslaw

Ingredients
1 small head of green cabbage shredded1 small head of red cabbage shredded3/4lbs turkey bacon1/4c apple cider vinegar2 tbs olive oil1 clove garlic crushed1 tbs caraway seedssalt and pepper to taste
Directions
slice the bacon into thin strips
Heat olive oil in a skillet until hot
cook bacon until crispy
Add garlic and caraway and cook for about a minute, being careful not to let the garlic burn.
Pour off all but 1tbs olive oil
Remove bacon and add cider vinegar, heat until warmed through.
Pour over cabbage and stir in bacon.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Server 4 generously!
