Cheesy Chicken Rice Casserole

Ingredients
1 package mixed veggies12 oz chicken cut into chunks1 can cream of chicken soup (98% fat free)1 1/3 cup water3/4 cup long grain white rice1/2 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp ground black pepper1/2 cup fat free cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine everything but cheese in a 2 quart baking pan. Cover
Bake for 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender. Top with cheese. Let stand before serving
