Black-eyed Pea Jambalaya

Ingredients
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes 1 lb smoked turkey sausage (should be 2g f at or less for 2 oz) 2 can black-eyed peas 1/2 onion,chopped 2 c cooked brown rice salt, to taste pepper, to taste
Directions
Slice sausage in small pieces and cook with onion until onion is clear. Pour tomatoes and peas in pot (juice and all). Add sausage, onion, and seasoning. Add cooked rice. Cook (covered) until juice is gone.
