Spelt Challah bread

Ingredients
1 egg plus enough lukewarm water to make 1 c plus 1 T3 T butter2 T agave nectar1 1/2 t salt3 1/4 c spelt flour2 1/2 t yeast
Directions
Measure all ingredients into bread maker. Put on "dough" setting. When dough is finished, divide into 6 balls. divide each ball into 3 parts and roll into "snakes". squish tops together and then braid dough. Place on bakign sheet with towel covering in warm place for 45 minutes. Then bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
