Individual Buffalo Wing Pizza

Ingredients
1 Arnold 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thin1 oz. Chicken Tenderloin, chuncks4 T. Hot Wing Sauce (I like Texas Pete)2 T. Fat Free Blue Cheese Dressing1 oz. Fat Free Mozzerella Cheese, shredded1 small stalk celery, chopped
Directions
Cook chicken until juices run clear. Add hot wing sauce and coat chicken.

Lay sandwich thin halves on cookie sheet with cut sides up. Spread 1 T. dressing on each half. Top with chicken and then mozzerella. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and starting to brown.

Remove from oven and top with chopped celery.
