1 C non-fat cottage cheese1 3/4 C egg substitute1/2 C broccoli (steamed)1/2 C ham1/2 C zucchini (shredded)1/4 C Red/Orange/Yellow Peppers1/2 C Cheddar Cheese (shredded)Cooking Spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.

Spray muffin tins with cooking spray.

Mix all ingredients.

Pour in muffin tins.

Cook 50 minutes.
