Jewish apple cake

Ingredients
3 cups unsifted flour2 cups sugar1 cup oil or 1/2 oil 1/2 apple sauce4 eggs1/2 tsp vanilla1/2 cup orange juice3 tsps. baking powderApple mixture:3-4 large apples peeled and sliced thin1/2 cup sugar1 tbsp. Cinnamon
Directions
mix apple mixture together and let sit while mixing the rest.
Cream together eggs and sugar.
Add remaining ingred. except apple mixture.
In a sprayed and floured bundt pan, place 1/3 batter, then 1/3 apple mixture and so forth until all gone. Bake at 350* for 1 hr 15 minutes. Prick to see if done in several places. Do not over bake. cool in pan atleast 10 minutes before unmoldeing. Serve with ice Cream or cool whip.

    I made this recipe twice and both were good!
    The second time i made the cake less sweet by cutting the sugar by one cup, adding 3/4 cup apple sauce and 1/4 cup oil - 7/11/10
