Ground Turkey Stew

1 lb. ground turkey1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper3 carrots, sliced2 med potatoes, cut into chunks1 medium onion, cut into 8 wedges2 cups chicken broth1 medium zucchini, sliced1 can diced tomatoes (don't drain)2 cups mushrooms, quartered1/2 tsp dried thyme1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Combine ground turkey, salt and pepper; cook through. Add carrots, potatoes, onions and broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15-20 minutes. Stir in zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms, thyme and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until vegetables are tender (5-10 minutes) Optional: Combine 1/4 cup water and 2 tbsp flour - mix thoroughly. Gradually add to stew, stirring constantly; continue to cook until bubbly and thickened. Option not calculated in calories and will create a thicker stew.
