Chocolate Raspberry Pancakes

Ingredients
1 serving oats (1/2 cup dry) cooked in plain water1 tbsp ground cinnamon (I use extra for health reasons, you might want to put less if you don't like strong cinnamon flavor)1.5 pkts stevia1 tbsp smuckers simply fruit red raspberry1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder1 egg
Directions
Makes 4 pancakes (approx 2 tbsp each)

Cook oats. Mix together with cinnamon, egg, 1 pkt stevia, raspberry, egg, 1/2 tsp cocoa powder.

Pour approx 2 tbsp each onto heated pan sprayed with pam. Cook on low heat. They may fall apart a bit so don't try to turn too soon. I cooked each side on low heat about 5 minutes each.

In a small bow, mix together 1/2 pkt stevia with 1/2 tsp cocoa powder. Use as topping on pancakes.
