sweet potato, olive oil, salt, pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Peel sweet potato and slice into strips. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper until all pieces evenly coated. Arrange on a baking sheet, and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes until the outside of the potato is crispy.
