* 1/4 pound raw bacon * 1 can sauerkraut, about 2 cups * 1 cup chopped raw onion * 2 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
Cut 1/4 pound of bacon into small pieces, easier if it is very cold. Fry till almost done, drain fat. Add chopped onion. Cover and saute until soft. Add one can rinsed and drained sauerkraut. Stir in the Splenda, as much as you prefer. Use fresh ground pepper on top. Cover and cook for a few minutes to heat the sauerkraut through. Add some mustard when you serve it and it's like Saturday at Little League..
