Saucy Liver Strips

Ingredients
16 oz sliced beef liver, cut into strips1 large garlic clove, minced1 cup sliced raw onion1/2 tsp. orengano2 tablespoons butter1 can tomato soup1/4 cup water
Directions
In skillet, brown liver strips with garlic, onion and oregano in butter over med. heat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; cook over low heat for 20 minutes or till done. Stir occasionally.

Makes a great entree or serve over brown rice.
