Dark Chocolate Mayo cake

Ingredients
2 cups granulated sugar2 cups flour2 cups of cooled, brewed coffee1 cup cocoa1 cup mayo2 tsp baking soda2 eggs (large)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in order, and bake in 13 x 9" pan (lightly sprayed with pam) for 30 - 35 minutes until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. I prefer this without icing, but usually have a can of store bought incase someone ones it on their own. It's chocolatey enough why add the extra calories?
