L.R. Elk steaks in mushroom gravy

4 lbs. elk or venison steaks3 cans of 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup3 cup 2 % milk4 cups sliced fresh mushrooms1/4 cup cornstarch3 tsp. seasoned salt1 cup fat free sour cream
Grill steak over hot grill or brown in a pan. Place steaks into a large crock pot. Top with mushrooms. In a large bowl, whisk together soup , milk and salt if desired. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or until meat is tender. Stir a little water into cornstarch. Stir into meat mixture about 1 hour before it's done. When meat is tender, stir in sour cream. Serve over brown rice. Makes about 12 cups.
