Ingredients
4 salmon fillets1/2 cup maple syrup1/4 cup lite soy saucesalt and pepper1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Simmer maple syrup and soy sauce over medium-high heat until thick, approximately 1/2 cup. Dry salmon fillets with paper towels, lightly salt and pepper, bake 5 min. in a 9x13 pan lightly coated with olive oil. Brush maple soy mixture over fillets and cook 5 minutes longer, until no longer translucent. Makes 4 servings. Enjoy!!
