Skinless Red Hot Thighs

12 Skinless Chicken Thighs (all fat removed)1/4 cup of Hot sauce of your choice We use Frank's Red Hot. (I am from Canada so unsure if you have it)Be careful and add gradually to your own taste.TIP A small splash of vinegar will increase the heat.
Broil or Barbeque thighs until well done.
Transfer to a bowl and use a plate as a lid.
Pour on hot sauce cover and shake until coated. Remember to add gradually if you are unsure of how hot.
Serve with raw veggies and light Ranch dip at your next gathering.
We like these better than hot wings now.
