Ingredients: Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1.6 package (10 oz) Smart Balance, Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread, 1 Tbsp, 5.3 serving *Flour, white, .34 cup Onions, raw, .34 cup, choppedNo Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, .25 tsp Garlic powder, 2 tsp Milk, nonfat, .67 cup Turkey (light meat), 3 cup, chopped or diced *turkey Broth, 1.75 cup, This was from my roasted turkey. Directions
Blend the buttery spread, onions, flour, no-salt, pepper, garlic powder together in pan. Add broth and milk. Bring to boil, allow to boil for 1 minute stirring constantly. Add veggies and turkey. Continue to simmer until veggies are warmed.
