Zesty Potatoes with Sour Cream and Chives

Ingredients
4 medium potatoes, cut into 1 1/2inch pieces1/2 cup chopped onion1 Tbsp. olive oil1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup sour cream (fat free)
Directions
put all ingredients (except sour cream) into zip and steam bag and shake. Cook in mocrowave for 7 minutes or until tender. Let stand 1 minute. Sprinkle with chopped chives. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with sour cream.
