Easy, tasteful! I made a dry rub with seasoning salt, cinnamon, garlic salt, pepper & a dash of cayenne pepper. Added to bag & shaked away! I too used Pam Olive Oil spray & tried dip recommended (Nonfat sour cream-1/2 the tub, fresh lemon (1/2) juice, 2 garlic cloves-minced, dash of basil & oregano. - 11/29/09

I loved this recipe! I just topped mine with some salt - delicious! One thing I did before I baked them was measured them out into individual servings and arranged them on the sheet that way. Measuring them out ahead allowed me to only eat 1 serving and package up the remaining for other meals. - 5/6/09

I make these all time, I like to make a dip to go with them from lowfat sour cream, garlic, lemon juice and dry basil and oregano, so yummy with the fries, I am making some tonight. - 11/17/09

This is a new favorite of mine - I've never cared for sweet potatos before but am learning to love them. I sprinkle them generously with paprika and a bit of sea salt. Yum! - 11/17/10

This recipe was delicious! I used a couple of dashes of Lawry's after I took the fries out of the oven...lip-smacking good! - 11/6/10

Ditto what everyone else says. I love these in restaurants and I didn't expect these to compare, but they were awesome! I'll be making them a few times a week. I used cajun spices with mine and just dipped them in ketchup. I'm going to try the other dip recipes people have listed. - 5/28/10

Delish :) My whole family loved them. I used a dash of cinnamon too, and they made the whole house smell good! - 3/24/10

These are very good. I highly recommend reading the reviews for other ideas. Especially, using Olive Oil Pam. We tried different seasonings, including cinnamon, and our favorite was Lowry's seasoning salt. - 11/22/09

Very good! Used olive oil cooking spray instead of 2 T olive oil. - 5/6/09

My fiance and I started making these as a healthier alternative to regular potato fries... but now we prefer these! We toss them with sea salt and chili powder along with the olive oil. yum! - 5/3/09

These are so easy to make, and a fantastic way to help meet my daily requirements for both fiber and fries. Thanks! - 4/2/09

I tried cinnamon, salt, seasoned salt & Mrs. Dash Table Blend on these. And the Table blend was the best. Couldn't get my family to eat them, though. - 3/24/09

We make them all the time. Add various spices but always cinnamon - usually cayenne and black pepper. Sweet with a kick. Sweet potatoes are so good for you! - 3/4/09

These were very good but I also added cinnamon to them for a little extra flavor. For the serving size, I used the "fist" serving as a measurement since it is still a vegetable. - 6/2/08

Sounds very good. The French fry cutter from Bed and Bath sounds like a good idea too. 080529 - 5/29/08
