Tofu, firm, 225 gramsPeppers, red, 1 mediumCanola Oil, 1 tbspHoisin Sauce, 2 tbsp
Directions
Fry tofu in oil. Add peppers when crispy. When slightly softened, add hoi sin sauce. Serve over brown rice.
