Ingredients
1/3 cup Instant Oatmeal1 Tbsp. Wheat Germ1 Tbsp. Ground Flaxseed1 Tbsp. Walnuts2 Tbsp. Packed RaisinsDash CinnamonDash Nutmeg1 Tsp. Splenda
Directions
Boil Water in a kettle (I usually boil enough for some tea, as well).

While the water is boiling, mix all the dry ingredients and stir. Add boiling water until you reach desired consistency. Add vanilla soy milk, stir and enjoy!

    I like this in the morning with a nice glass of kefir on the side, but I usually skip the splenda and add a little honey or no sweetener at all. And sometimes I use dried blueberries instead of raisins. - 8/2/11
