Sautéed Chicken & Asparagus

Ingredients
Fresh Asparagus Boneless chicken- cubedsliced red onionroasted red peppers (I often just use the jar over fresh)Hot sliced banana pepper rings (because I like it spicy... I would say the average person would not include this)2-3 Tbls of olive oil - just enough to coat your pan.seasonings - I prefer McCormick Roasted Garlic and Herb, Basil, Garlic Pepper, dash of salt
Directions
Cube your chicken breast and sear in pan coated with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasonings.
After chicken is browned, add Asparagus, onions,
peppers and perhaps a little more seasonings to the veggies. Cover and let simmer over medium heat until vegetables are soften but firm and onions are transparent (approx. 5 min).
Give it all a good stir to mix together well and serve. If you use the roasted red peppers the dish is very colorful.
