Ingredients
4 cups shredded potatoes1 cup chopped ham4-5 eggsa little milkshredded cheese
Directions
cook hashbrowns. Add ham so that it will be warm. mix eggs and milk. after potatoes are cooked reduce heat to low and pour in egg mix and cook. when eggs are cooked sprinkle cheese over it and put lid on until cheese melts.
Cook on meduim heat until eggs are poured in.
