JoJo's creamy jello

2oz. reduced fat Cream Cheese1 cup fat free Cottage Cheese1 cup fat free Whipped Topping1 package (9g) sugar free jello (any flavor you'd like)1 cup boiling water1/2 cup cold water
1. Heat water to boiling.
2. While the water is heating up, combine softened cream cheese, cottage cheese and whipped topping to blender.
3. Add 1 cup of boiling water to the powdered jello and stir until all of it is dissolved.
4. Add the hot jello to the blender containing all other ingredients and add about 1/2 cup of cold water.
**Note, the less cold water you add, the creamier this jello dessert will be. However, the jello does need SOME cold water to set so keep that in mind.
5. Whip in blender for over 2 minutes. You want to be sure the entire mixture is very smooth.
6. Pour into container(s) and refrigerate for AT LEAST 4 hours.
Makes about 6 cups.
A serving size is 1/4 of entire recipe.
