Hawaiian Chicken Burgers

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless Chicken Breast, pounded evenYoshida's Teryiaki Sauce4 slices canned pineapple4 oz part skim mozzarella2 T Light Mayo
Directions
Marinate chicken breasts for at least a couple of hours. (I prefer to use a meat mallet to pound the breasts so that they are same thickness all over, cooks evenly that way, and also makes sure the meat piece is large enough to fill a bun, if you end up using them!). Preheat grill. Grill both breasts and pineapple slices, add 1 oz mozzarella to each chicken piece just before done to melt. Serve on a bun with a little mayo (Although not included in the calories here), and your favorite burger toppings, or as is.
