Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
2 lbs ground turkey1 Tbsp. chili powder1 medium onion, chopped1/8 tsp. garlic powder1 medium can tomato sauce1 can cream of chicken soup3/4 cup milk2 cups shredded Colby cheese
Directions
Preheat over to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray.

In a skillet, brown the ground turkey with the onion and garlic powder. Add tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper. Allow the mixture to heat thoroughly.

In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup with the milk.

Line the bottom of the 9x13 pan with tortillas. Pour in the meat mixture, and spread evenly over the tortilla layer. Cover with another layer of tortillas, then pour the soup mixture over the top. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Makes 12 servings of approximately one cup each.
