Chicken in White Wine Sauce

Chicken Breast, 1 lb, in 4 piecesCanned Tomatoes, 1 can Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped White Wine, 1 cup Garlic, add to tasteItalian Seasoning, add to tasteParsley, add to taste
• Cover large skillet in pam and then heat over medium-high heat.
• When hot, add onion and cook, stirring frequently, until softened but not browned.
• Add tomatoes and garlic (or italian seasoning) and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
• Place chicken on top of tomatoes/onions. Pour wine over chicken and sprinkle with parsley.
• Cover and reduce heat to simmer. Simmer until chicken is cooked all the way through, about 15 minutes.
• Remove chicken and wrap in foil to keep warm.
• Bring wine/tomato/onion mixture to a boil and cook about 3 minutes.
• Place chicken on rice or pasta and dump wine/tomato/onion mixture on top of chicken and pasta.
