Chicken Nachos

Ingredients
28 Baked Tostito Scoops6 oz Chicken Breast Fajita Meat1/2 Cup Low Fat Mexican Blend Cheese1/2 cup Fat Free Sour Cream1/2 Cup Pace Chunky Salsa
Directions
Preheat the broiler in the oven.
Place the 28 scoops on a cookie sheet. Chop the chicken into very small pieces so that it can be divided into the cups. Place the chicken in the cups and the sprinkle a little bit of cheese over each cup. Put under the broiler.
Mix the salsa and sour cream together to make a dipping sauce. Remove the nachos from the oven after about 2 minutes. Serve with the creamy salsa dip!

Makes two servings of 14 chips each.
