Ingredients
1 head cauliflower cooked 4 ounces neufchatel (low fat cream cheese)2 T brummels and brown margarinesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook cauliflower until tender. Remove and drain. Place in a food processor with remaining ingredients and puree until smooth or the texture that you desire.

Serve.

Makes 6 1/2 cup servings.
