White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (1lb)3 cans cream of chicken soup2 cans chicken broth1 package cream cheese (8 oz) cut in cubes12 oz velveeta - cut in cubes2 cans white beanschopped jalapenos - to taste
Directions
In large pot cook chicken until all white. Add Chicken broth and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Whisk in cream of chicken soup, then add velveeta and cream cheese. Continue to simmer until chese is melted and soup is smooth. Add beans. Add jalapenos to taste (a little goes a long way). Simmer until heated through, stirring often.
Makes 8 hearty servings
