Ingredients
1/4 cup chili powder1/4 cup paprika3 tablespoons ground cumin2 tablespoons onion powder2 tablespoons garlic powder1/2 teaspoon cayenne red pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together well. Use a blender if you have to. Store unrefrigerated in an airtight container.

Makes enough for about 7 lbs of meat, using 2-3 (slightly heaping) tablespoons per pound. Salt taco meat to taste.
