Slow-Cooker Pork roast for tacos/enchiladas/burritos

Ingredients
4 lb Pork Loin Roast1/2 Cup Taco Seasoning3 Cloves Garlic 2-4 tablespoons water
Directions
Mince garlic gloves.
Add garlic to taco seasoning.
Use Mixture as a rub on the pork loin roast
Add Pork Roast and water to the Crock pot
Cook on High in the crock pot for about 5 hours, depending on size of roast.
Take out roast, remove fat, and shred.
Add back to the crock pot with the sauce/juices and cook for 20 more min.
Use on Tacos in Burritos or however you want
