Protein Balls/Bars - Oxygen Mag recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 C Oatmeal/rolled oats- 1-2 scoops Protein powder (your choice but van or choc is best)- 1-2t Cinnamon- 2T Natural PB (recipe actually calls for 1 but I love PB!)- 1T Flaxseed- Vanilla or Choc Soy Milk or water (enough to moisten and mix ingredients)- Splenda or Stevia (enough to taste)- Raisins (opt)- Nuts (opt)- Sugar Free cocoa powder (opt)
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients
- Pour in wet ingredient and mix until everything sticks together
- Spoon into mini cupcake pan or onto cookie sheet and shape into bars
- Put in the fridge overnight or until the tops are hard.
- Take a spoon or butter knife and pull them out. The bottoms might be a little moist so you can turn them over and leave them in the fridge a few more hours but not necessary. Enjoy!
