Ingredients
3 large bananas1/2 cup applesauce2 eggs1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 cup brown sugar1/4 cup plain low fat yogurt 1/4 tsp salt1tsp vanilla1tsp baking soda11/2 tsp baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together applesauce and sugar. Add yogurt, eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla. Mix all dry ingredients and add to mixture. Pour batter into greased muffin tins (or line with muffin cups). Bake for 20-30 minutes until muffins are golden brown and spring back to the touch.
