Molded Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
1 - 3 oz sugar free lemon jello1 tsp salt2/3 cup boiling water3 TBL cider vinegar1 tsp grated onion2 cups light(reduced fat)sour cream1/4 cup hellmans light mayo1 large cucumber - grated and well drained
Directions
Make night before or early in the day needs time to set.
Add salt to jello and add hot water, when dissolved add cider vinegar and onion. Refridgerate until the jello is clumpy or almost set, about 40 minutes. When set add rest of ingrediants, use a whip or hand held mixer. Pour into a mold or bowl and refriderate at least 3 hours or overnight. Turn over on a plate before serving.
