Can anyone tell me the serving SIZE? I made this and ate some already, so I can't go by that. I love this recipe, but need to know serving size. Also, is it REALLY only 243 calories??? - 1/17/20

I'm giving this a low score because when I made it with the BBQ of my choice, it was nearly 500 calories. No where in here do you mention which one you use. I think you grossly underestimated your calories! - 8/26/19

This recipe was perfect! My husband gets home hours before me and he loved coming home from work finding this ready.
I found a bbq sauce that had Wocestershire sauce in it. I just mixed in some Ken's Light Options Italian. - 3/5/15

I'm going to try this with liquid smoke rather than the W-sauce try to drop the sodium some (60 mg per tsp. vs. 10 mg per tsp.) --also going to be careful with the salad dressing and BBQ sauce I choose for it! - 1/11/14

It looks as though the sodium weren't divided amongst the servings.... - 9/28/13

This was very good, but the chicken did not need to cook 8 hours on high, closer to 6. It was a little too done the first time I cooked it and left it on closer to 8 hours. I shredded the chicken and made pulled chicken sandwiches. - 3/12/13

This is an awesome recipe. My children both loved it and they are not fans of the crock pot :) - 7/15/12

I make it just as the recipe is written and it makes the best bbq chicken sandwiches! - 5/9/12

I cooked this today with leg quaters instead of the chicken breast because that was what was in my freezer. My family and me really enjoyed this. I had roasted potatoes and green beans with it. I put some left over sauce in a bottle to use later with another meal. Thanks for sharing. - 4/22/12

I thought this sounded good but was shocked at the amount of sodium. Over 1,000 mg! Hmm...will have to think on a way to lower the sodium a bit. - 4/11/12
