Potato Salad

Ingredients
5lbs of potatoes3 plum tomatoes1/2 of a medium onion1/2 of a jar of olives1/2 of a jar of sweet pickles1 cup of salad dressing2 or 3 tablespoons of yellow mustard
Directions
Peel and cube potatoes.Then boil potatoes until they are tender. While potatoes are boiling prepare other ingredients. Chop onion and tomatoes. Slice olives and pickles. Remove potatoes from the stove when they are tender. Strain potatoes and let cool. Once potatoes are cooled mix all ingredients. Makes 3 cups or 24 ounces. Suggested serving size 1/2 cup. This recipe makes 6 servings.
