Ingredients
.50 cup rice dream origninal rice milk2 sticks of butter (not margarine)4 Tbsp cocoa powder2 Cups granulated sugar4 cups oats2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
put top 4 ingredients in to sauce pan on medium heat and melt. Continue to stir until boiling

boil for 1 minute.
turn heat off and stir in vanilla then add oats

Drop by Tablespoon onto foil or waxed paper.

makes approx 39 cookies
