Chewy Cake in a Cup

Ingredients
1/4 C flour1/4 C splenda1 egg3 T skim milk1/4 t vanilla
Directions
Place dry ingredients in a large (16 oz) microwavable cup and mix well.
Add egg, milk, and vanilla and mix well.
Place, uncovered, in microwave on high (1000 watts) for 3 minutes.
Remove and allow to cool for several minutes. Turn out on a small plate.
Enjoy.

    I made it once, then decided to add 1/4 of a tsp of applesauce. I typically use applesauce in place of oil for low fat treats. I also added a pinch of wheat germ. I don't know how it changes the calories, etc. Very good as is, and IMHO even better with my additions. ;) It's like a blondie. TYVM - 6/12/09
