Lynneth's Iced Matcha Soy Milk
- Minutes to Prepare:
- Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
Directions
Matcha powder -- 1 tspLow-fat soy milk (plain or vanilla) -- 1 cupHoney -- 1 tsp (or 1/2 tsp agave or splenda)
Use a blender or whisk vigorously until all ingredients are blended. If you're having problems with the matcha dissolving, try warming the soy milk a bit before whisking. (For me it's easier to use a small blender for the task). Add a generous amount of ice cubes and enjoy. Makes 1 & 1/2 cups.
Another great idea would be stirring in 1 tsp fibersure at the end which would give this drink a total of 5 g fiber, 6 g protein. Very filling in the morning for such a small drink.
Enjoy. . .
