Turkey & Egg Scambler

Ingredients
1 serving ground lean turkey sausage1/4 cup raw onion diced1/4 bell pepper diced3 egg whites1/2 tbsp fat free milk
Directions
Cook ground turkey until completely cooked. (on med/high heat)
add onion and bell peppers.
Let cook for 2-3 mins.
In a separate bowl, separate egg whites from yolks add 1/2 tbsp milk to whites and beat.
add to the pan with sausage ,onions and bell peppers and cook (on med heat) till desired doneness.
