Hula "pizza"

Ingredients
1 whole wheat tortilla3 Tbsp pineapple tidbits3 Tbsp goat cheese crumbles1 1/2 tsp finely chopped cilantro
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Place tortilla on a med nonstick baking pan. Bake 2-4 minutes each side until crisp. If air bubbles form while baking, poke them with a fork. Then use a spatula to carefully press the air out.

Remove from oven and top evenly with sauce, then cheese, pineapple and lastly the cilantro. Bake for another 2-4 minutes until the cheese is completely melted.
